Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Regular BE/Diploma In mechanical Engg.
- Should be able to communicate in Kannada & English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager-Production position
Manufacturing skills
- Strong knowledge on precision component manufacturing process
- Basic knowledge on Auto cad and understanding engg drawings
- Computer skills like: MS office, Power point, v look up, and other basics.
- Experience in handling multiple departments with minimum of 100 to 150 people.
- Knowledge on Production monitoring system
- Managing process wise feed factor or throughput.
- Managing material cost as per budget.
- Monitor, review, follow-up of shop loading plan as per the requirement.
