This position will be based at Vadodara Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Designation: Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance Experience: 6 years to 10 years Key Responsibilities: Customer Complaint CRM Call Analysis : Analyse and identify factory actionable calls. Prioritization of product / defect for factory actionable Review with CFT and initiate CA and monitor implementation. - Analysis and resolution of line Q issues on day to day basis Interacting with Service team for resolution/analysis of site related issues. Need based site visits – PAN India Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities. Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc Functional Competencies: Quality function experience preferably in electrical manufacturing Must have exposure to process and product requirement of applicable International standards IS/IEC- Engineering Drawing reading & Interpretation, Software knowledge like MS office, SAP.
