Key Responsibilities:
 Quality Management Leadership: Oversee and manage the quality function within the
organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company-specific quality
protocols.
 Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, providing
guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of continuous
improvement.
 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement
corrective actions, and drive initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving product
quality.
 Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and
regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality
requirements.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as production,
R&D, and supply chain to address quality issues and implement solutions.
 Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality metrics, audit
results, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory
bodies as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
 Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is
typically required.
 Professional Experience: Several years of experience in quality management roles,
preferably within the manufacturing or extrusion industry.
 Certifications: Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are
advantageous.
 Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in
quality management software and tools.
