This position is a key leadership role within the European Engineering team in France. The successful candidate will be an experienced Engineering Manager with proven Project Management skills, gained in a multi-site environment. This role is responsible for providing a safe working environment for Amazon associates and all aspects of engineering infrastructure, statutory compliance, preventative and reactive maintenance at specific nodes of our AMZL Network.
The person will be a role model in setting a high bar for performance within their team, supported by SMART goals for each team member. A strong and engaging people manager; this person will understand that success is delivered when the Team is fully engaged on common goals and that success is measured by internal and external customer satisfaction.
