Sr. Manager, Retention Analytics

Role Overview:

We're seeking a hands‑on analytics professional to lead Retention Analytics at McAfee. In this role, you will provide data‑driven, actionable insights into subscriber journeys, lifecycle performance, and the effectiveness of retention marketing efforts—strengthening retention outcomes.
You will partner closely with the Engagement and Retention team, Finance, Product, and the broader Analytics organization to shape annual and quarterly plans, uncover and explain performance trends, identify opportunities, and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact. You will also lead business planning and forecasting for Retention and ensure findings are communicated effectively through regular business reviews and other leadership forums.
