Own a software area of strategic importance and customer impact that requires coordinating the efforts of multiple software teams. Own a multi-year strategy of how these multiple software systems work together to solve customer needs. Define long-term resource and staffing plan. Mediate prioritization conflicts and resource constraints with other teams. Work closely with functional experts such as product management, customer support, or other auxiliary business functions.
