Job Title: Sr. Manager - strategy and consulting


Position Summary

The position is responsible for providing techno-commercial, strategic, and analytical support directly to the Group CEO. The incumbent will work on strategic initiatives, government business development, financial, and commercial evaluations and ecosystem partnerships. The candidate should have mid-to-senior-level experience in large consulting organizations, with a strong track record in strategy execution and decision support.


Education Requirement

  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology
  • MBA from top B-Schools such as IIMs, ISB, NMIMS, etc.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide techno-commercial and strategic support to the Group CEO
  • Lead evaluation of investment proposals, tenders, bids, PPP projects, and RFP responses.
  • Conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and business case development.
  • Drive business development initiatives in Government, PSU and public sector ecosystem.
  • Engage with ministries, departments, consulting partners and key external stakeholders.
  • Support partnership/JV/consortium structuring and negotiation.
  • Monitor policy developments and assess business impact.
  • Prepare board presentations, management reports and strategy documents.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for execution of CEO-led initiatives.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in techno-commercial / strategy / consulting roles.
  • Mid-Senior level role in large-scale consulting organization.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement, PPP models, and public sector ecosystem.
  • Exposure to ICT, digital transformation, smart infrastructure, defence, analytics, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in government business ecosystem and tendering processes.
