Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategy and Integration supports the Americas Strategy & Portfolio Growth agenda by helping move the region’s most important priorities forward. The role is an on-site position based in our US Headquarters in Columbus, OH (Westerville). The role works closely with the Senior Director and cross-functional leaders to turn open questions into clear analysis, decision-ready recommendations, and an execution cadence that sticks. This is a good fit for someone coming from consulting who enjoys variety and senior exposure, but wants deeper ownership, continuity, and the satisfaction of seeing decisions translate into measurable outcomes.
