The incumbent of this position would be responsible for % of Talent Acquisition and % HR Business Partner Role.Responsible for developing and administering all HR related activities and providing HR related support.You will also be responsible for designing and implementing various processes and interventions aiming at building stronger and engaged teams, supporting business requirements in achieving business goals and working towards building a stronger employer brand.
The role will be responsible for End to End Life Cycle Management of employees from Branch Sales
Oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with business goals.
Responsible for aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, communicating role expectations, running orientation and onboarding processes, planning strategic HR initiatives .
