Sr. Manager, Talent Program and Operations

We're seeking a strategic and operational Senior Manager to build, scale, and run the Talent Acquisition operating system across Match Group. This role oversees talent coordination and operations, tools and systems, reporting, and supports capacity planning. They will develop scalable processes, build core programs, and deliver insights that enable recruiters, leaders, and cross-functional partners to make informed decisions. When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas or San Francisco offices three days a week.
