Hiring for Product based client with permanent job Role
Essential Skills
Proven experience leading 6+ person customer-facing technical teams (TAMs, implementation, or solutions) in B2 B Saa S, with direct accountability for go-live timelines and adoption metrics.
Strong systems and process design skills to build, standardize, and enforce TAM playbooks, workflows, and quality gates across complex implementations.
Expertise in technical customer advisory: integrations, data flows, business process mapping, and bridging non-technical customer needs with Saa S capabilities.
Stakeholder management and communication to handle US executive escalations, facilitate meetings, and drive decisions during PST hours.
Good to Haves
Experience in vertical Saa S or industries like logistics/fuel/supply chain, understanding operational workflows and multi-stakeholder dynamics.
Prior exposure to high-growth startups (Series A-C), scaling teams and processes from scratch.
