<div> <div>Sr Associate / Team Leader / Asst Manager / Senior Manager - Underwriting</div> <div> </div> <div>Salary 6.50 lpa to 18 LPA </div> <div><br /> Responsible to supervise team of underwriters to manage BAU, Handle Reinsurer, Channel level business analysis& System Automation.</div> <div><br /> Key Job Responsibilities-<br /> Handling a Team of Underwriters for Underwriting of Medical and Non-Medical cases as per the guidelines.<br /> Assessment of risk as per the company's philosophy and supporting guidelines.<br /> Adhering to agreed TAT for processing of cases.<br /> Maintaining & control of quality of underwriting.<br /> Identification of issues & solutions pertaining to process.<br /> Manage Channel level sales queries, exception approvals.<br /> Co-ordination with Re-insurer for guidelines.<br /> Managing Centralized and Decentralized underwriting audits, responsible for accuracy compliance.<br /> Managing Retail underwriting activity ensuring the TATs and Quality percentages are complied with.<br /> Managing the responsibility of designing/modifying the existing Underwriting guidelines of Life Insurance.</div> </div> <div> </div> <div>Interested candidate can apply at [email protected] / 9997994022 </div>
