The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage and train junior resources to build a skilled and effective team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent and resource needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end sourcing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing metrics and team performance.
• Drive innovation and improvements in sourcing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in offshore or India sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Familiarity with building and managing CoE practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic team needs.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
