AWS is seeking a WW Sr Manager, Partner Business Development to manage our Connect partner GTM strategy globally for Amazon Connect solutions. Amazon Connect services work backward from the needs of customers to provide a broad array of AI powered customer experience services that deliver personalized service across all channels (voice, email, chat, IVR) utilizing flexible access to data and applications to deliver exceptional customer and agent experiences. Amazon Connect is AI CCaaS (Omni-Channel, IVR, Analytics, Cases, Tasks, Customer Data Profiles, and more). As the Sr Manager, WW Partner Business Development global leader, you will have the opportunity to create and deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon Connect practices across our most strategic existing and new partners.
