Position  – Sr. Mgr/AGM  – SCM

Location  – Noida

Reporting to  – SCM Head

Position Summary

Result -oriented and proactive Supply Chain Management Professional in sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, strategic procurement, and vendor development to support large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project procurement and techno-commercial operations for CAPEX and OPEX requirements including Civil, PEB, MEP, Cleanroom, Process & Production tools, Utilities, Instrumentation, and Mechanical systems.
  • Manage RFQ, bid evaluation, negotiation, and PO issuance through SAP/Ariba, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Quality, and Finance departments to align technical specifications and commercial objectives.
  • Develop and manage annual rate contracts (ARCs), supplier evaluations, and vendor performance metrics to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Oversee inventory planning, reconciliation, payment processing, and MIS reporting for procurement analytics.
  • Ensure adherence to IMS/QMS procurement procedures, and maintaining SOP documentation.
  • Contribute to strategic sourcing and reverse engineering projects to achieve localization and cost savings.
  • Maintain accurate supply schedules and delivery tracking to ensure uninterrupted material availability for ongoing projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain management principles.
  • Expertise in vendor relations, contract negotiation, and price structuring.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems – SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Education

  • B.Tech. – Mechanical /Electrical and Electronics Engineering
