Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Responsible for improving the processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing process, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.


Your role:

  • Strong understanding of product functionality, manufacturing processes, cost analysis, safety considerations, and lean manufacturing implementation. Independently develops technical solutions, reviews new technologies, and supports new suppliers, materials, and equipment.

  • Monitors and improves yields, cycle times, and costs; resolves production issues; leads and participates in CAPA, CIPs, NCRs, FMEA, and root‑cause analysis; contributes to content development, testing, prototyping, and project execution.
