- Be responsible for producibility / process capability, manufacturing process development, tool design, manufacturing cost estimating, Sourcing technical support, product and process qualifications, test support, product cost reduction efforts, and Capital Equipment projects. -Support Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing initiatives. - Provide technical leadership for the manufacturing processes and testing of products. -Own or support manufacturing engineering projects requiring development of specifications, supplier management, purchase, installation, and qualification of manufacturing equipment. -Develop procedures and work instructions to document process. -Maintain up to date the Company lay-out. -Monitor metrics like, scrap and productivity to ensure process performance. -Follow up and maintain on time, corrective actions assigned to him. -Supports, to other department to solve manufacturability issues. -Participates on Internal Audits, a...
