Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer with the seniority to take high impact projects from conception to conclusion that results on Revenue Increase, Cost Reduction, Safety & Ergonomics improvements for the site. Interacts with different functions to achieve desired results, technical knowledge on process and equipment, very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management and factory readiness and transformation using Lean Principles and Tools.

- Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the following deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY

- Business Unit and Functional KPI’s tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs
