? 5+ years in a Brand Marketing or related role, managing related product categories (especially Consumer Beauty Electronics, Wellness Technology, or Dermatology Beauty Devices)
? Lead the development of global category strategy for new beauty device and planning to leverage beauty devices within the direct selling channel to support overall wellness with differentiated technology
? Closely collaborate with the Innovation & Science team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
? Lead or support marketing activities with beauty devices in skin care, colors and hair care categories
