Overview

Join Amazon's Seller Marketing team in Mexico and drive the analytics strategy that powers seller acquisition across LATAM! As a Sr Marketing Manager, you'll own the full-funnel business and marketing analytics that directly influence how we attract and engage sellers across all marketplace categories.

The Amazon Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving new seller awareness, consideration, acquisition and existing seller engagement to all categories available on the marketplace in LATAM. We own both strategy and execution of Marketing channels and programs.

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Sr Marketing Manager to drive the marketing and business analytics strategy for Amazon Marketplace Mexico. A successful candidate will need to both see the big picture and be able/willing to execute rapidly. The ideal candidate has proven success in measuring results and optimizing performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end analytics strategy for seller marketing across Mexico, defining KPIs and measurement frameworks that drive acquisition investments.
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting mechanisms that inform strategic decisions for the Marketplace leadership team.
  • Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives partnering with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize the seller journey from awareness to activation.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks to identify high-potential seller segments and optimize marketing spend allocation.
  • Drive data-driven experimentation and A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Establish yourself as the go-to analytics expert for seller marketing, mentoring junior team members and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and quantify opportunity areas in the acquisition funnel through deep-dive analysis and market research.
  • Present strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Design scalable, automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and enable real-time decision-making.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders, showcasing impact and driving alignment on priorities.

The Amazon Seller Marketing team in Mexico drives seller awareness, acquisition, and engagement across all marketplace categories. As part of the ISS organization, we own both the strategy and execution of marketing channels and programs that fuel Mexico's marketplace growth.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
