Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Summary: Design new products and update existing products to support the manufacturing of exceptional products through continuous improvement. Lead new product design and sustaining efforts for existing product designs (upgrading, cost reduction, and maintaining manufacturability). Interface with other engineers (Optical, Electrical, Thermal, and Manufacturing), Product Management, Marketing, Material Management, Legal Affairs, Quality Control, Trade Compliance & Executive Management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform function of Project Lead for assigned projects. Determine and specify processes required to manufacture component parts to achieve product specifications and performance requirements to ensure successful product delivery.
