Sr Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Sr Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer with a strong background in UAV airframe and subsystem development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving complex engineering programs, guiding teams, and delivering innovative UAV solutions from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering efforts across UAV design, development, and integration stages.
• Direct structural and mechanical design of UAV airframes, subsystems, and payload integration with a focus on lightweight, high-performance solutions.
• Perform and review detailed stress, modal, and thermal analyses to ensure airworthiness and structural integrity.
• Perform and review detailed CFD analyses to ensure aerodynamic performance, and flow-field stability across UAV and system-level designs.
