What will you be doing?


As an Engineer, Data Modeling, you will contribute to the development and delivery of insightful business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across global teams. You’ll work independently and with peers to implement reporting architectures, tools, and applications that enable actionable insights to clients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective visualizations, apply AI-enhanced techniques to improve reporting experiences, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of data presented to clients in the CPG domain.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence models, reports, and dashboards using tools such as SSAS, IMB Cognos, SAP BO etc.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and performance metrics

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting solutions

  • Leverage AI techniques and programming skills to automate routine reporting tasks and improve operational efficiency

  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward working in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment

  • Show openness to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business and technical needs

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles

  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as AS Modeling Studio, Unify, IBM Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or Tableau

  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation; familiarity with AI concepts is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs
