The role involves ensuring efficient production operations, driving continuous improvement, leading and developing the production team, and championing a culture of customer service excellence and compliance.


Key Job Accountabilities

  • Ensure Efficient and Effective Production Operations: Oversees all aspects of the production process to meet or exceed production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Success requires managing resources and metrics (OTD, scrap reduction, yield, productivity, and labor planning), optimizing workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures.
