Job Description

  • Experience utilizing a consultative approach while interacting with customers and appropriate representatives to analyze, validate, specify, verify, document, and manage the requirements
  • Experience supporting solutions utilizing one or more of the following technologies:
  • Windows, Linux Administration (Red Hat or Oracle)
  • Java Middleware – Jboss EAP, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.
  • IIS
  • JDBC Connectivity
  • NGINX
  • MQ
  • KAFKA
  • OPENSHIFT
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong customer service skills with high level of professionalism, and ability to work with complex situations.
  • Deep troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
