The Data Engineer – MIS will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable reporting solutions, conducting performance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves managing MIS operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging modern data engineering and visualization tools to strengthen business intelligence capabilities.

Manage MIS operations and ensure timely delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into data solutions.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from RDBMS, NoSQL sources.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data processing.
Automate reporting workflows using Python and ETL.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Apache Superset or BI Tool.
