Sr NOC Engineer

Position Summary:

The Sr NOC Engineer serves as the escalation point for Tier 1 and

takes ownership of advanced troubleshooting, system and network administration, and

project-level work. This role bridges operational reliability with engineering practices,

supporting critical OT infrastructure while driving initiatives that improve system

performance, scalability, and security. The position will increasingly absorb operational

tasks from platform teams, including documentation, lifecycle upgrades, and

infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Escalation & Advanced Support

• Resolve complex OT incidents escalated from Tier 1, including SCADA, PLC, HMI,

and network issues

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring

incidents

Systems & Network Administration

• Administer OT servers and applications (Windows Server, VMware, Ac...
