Your Job

As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all daily plant operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and ensure the sustainability and growth of the business.

You’ll join the DSS division at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with procurement, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and business units. Our team focuses on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering superior service to customers.
