Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing and operational activities within a technology-driven production environment. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, supply chain coordination, inventory and warehouse management, logistics, and quality compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, a hands-on management style, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to drive efficiency, collaboration, and performance across cross-functional teams.
