Job Description

Position Objective:

This position will support the Order Management team in the Finance Global Finance Shared Services team. The responsibilities will focus on booking orders in compliance with corporate policies and revenue recognition rules, issuing licenses to the customer based on the sales orders processed by the Order Management team, and setting up & updating customer master records. It will have frequent and regular interaction with counterparts globally within and outside of finance.
This position will be based out of UKG’s Noida office in India and will report to the Supervisor – Order Management who is based out of UKG’s Noida office in India. Further, this position will operate from 11:30 am IST through 8:30 PM IST and will require the flexibility to adjust shift timings during the month ends, and quarter ends to meet the month and quarter-end deliverables.

Responsibilities – Essential Duties
The Sr. Order Processing Analyst will be responsible for:
• Order Management & Licensing Operations
o End-to-end order booking, validation, RMA processing, customer setup, maintenance, and licensing issuance.
o Ensuring all bookings comply with corporate policy, revenue recognition standards, and audit controls.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Issue Resolution
o Working closely with onshore counterparts to consistently meet defined delivery standards.
o Partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance customer outcomes.
o Monitoring and resolving order discrepancies, responding to queries, and managing exceptions with urgency and professionalism.
• Compliance, Controls & Governance
o Supporting audit requirements, internal control checks, and adherence to legal/contractual guidelines.
o Addressing issues related to licensing, shipping, sales operations, and contract interpretation.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
o Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving standardization efforts.
o Ensuring a clean order flow with minimal defects and complete alignment to organizational policies.
o Collaborating with international Sales Operations teams to enhance data accuracy and order quality.

Qualifications & Desired Characteristics:

• Qualifications & Desired Characteristics
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in Order Management /Licensing/Customer Data management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with global stakeholders.
• Exposure to process transitions, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, order processing platforms, and workflow tools.
• Understanding of process automation, continuous improvement methodologies, and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills; capable of managing multiple tasks, risks, and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
