This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, manages benefits administration, maintains compliance with local regulations, and serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers. Additionally, the Payroll Manager will lead the payroll operations team, drive process improvements, implement payroll best practices, and support cross‑functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
