Job Description

The role of a Senior Delivery Specialist involves leading end-to-end client hiring processes, ensuring full compliance with local regulations. This includes onboarding and offboarding employees, managing work visas and reimbursements, as well as maintaining accurate payroll records for multiple clients across Mexico.


The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll operations and be proficient in handling labor and tax regulations in Mexico. Strong knowledge of Excel and payroll systems is also required. In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
