About The Role
The
Sr. Payroll Specialist I
is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in Mexico. This role requires extensive knowledge of Mexican labor laws, tax compliance, and payroll systems to ensure adherence to regulations and optimize operations. The specialist will collaborate with HR, Finance teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient payroll and benefits administration in Mexico.

What The Candidate Will Do

• Process and review payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Mexican labor and tax laws.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and applicable taxes in Mexico.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE), and other legal requirements.
