We are seeking a **Senior PCB CAD Engineer** to join our **Gaming Electrical Engineering** team. This team operates globally across Europe and Asia and is responsible for the design and development of gaming peripherals, including keyboards, mice, controllers, steering wheels, joysticks, and more.

In this role, you will:

+ Lead PCB layout design activities and conduct design reviews.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Logitech G product development.
+ Create and maintain engineering documentation required for PCBA manufacturing.
+ Interface with and manage external PCB manufacturers.
+ Stay current with advancements in PCB materials, manufacturing techniques, and component design guidelines.
+ Manage worldwide libraries of schematic symbols and PCB footprints.
+ Maintain and improve part creation processes, including symbol/footprint creation, approval, and release workflows.

**Key Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you should have:

+ Proficiency with industry-standard PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro experience is a strong plus).
+ A solid understanding of PCB design fundamentals, including component placement, routing, signal integrity, EMI/ESD-aware routing practices, and overall manufacturability.
+ Hands-on experience designing PCBs for mass production.
+ Knowledge of PCB fabrication processes for both rigid and flex boards, with a strong DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and cost-conscious mindset.
+ Experience with RF PCB design is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB design.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and fabrication.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a worldwide CAD team.
+ Strong sense of ownership, ability to learn quickly, and effective time-management and prioritization skills.
+ Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
