Roles & Responsibility :<br />

Pega Marketing Developer<br />
<br />
- Design build and configure Pega marketing business application to meet business processes and application support requirement.<br />
<br />
- Must have skills: Pega Marketing experience (minimum 2 years) Pega UI experience.<br />
<br />
Certifications :<br />
<br />
- CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) and CPMC (Certified Pega Marketing Consultant ) or GPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)<br />
<br />
- Experience: 3 to 5 years. Relevant experience with Pega Marketing should be minimum 2+ years.<br />
<br />
- Telecom domain experience: Good to have<br />
<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
<br />
- Experience in implementing / support Pega marketing application.<br />
<br />
- Experience in defining Strategies, Campaigns Predictive and Adaptive Models<br />
<br />
- Resolving incident and preparing RCA.<br />
<br />
- Leading the Technical Team in Enhancements & Support Activities.<br />
<br />
- Perform Code Reviews to ensure code quality.<br />
<br />
- Ensure Compliances and Guardrails, Code Standards, UI Standards and Corporate Standards.<br />
<br />
- Fixing issues identified during campaign execution.<br />
<br />
- Marketing Strategy validation and enhancement implementation along with review.<br />
<br />
- Perform RCA on the incident / defects.<br />
<br />
Technical experience:<br />
<br />
- Hands-on experience in implementing logic in Pega Marketing and Customer Service Framework and PRPC module.<br />
<br />
- Experience in performing impact Analysis.<br />
<br />
- Business Flow related Changes.<br />
<br />
- Mentoring / optimizing of offers / campaigns initiated for different channels.<br />
<br />
- Application Configuration management and Changes.<br />
<br />
- Code deployment where necessary.<br />
<br />
