We’re Hiring: Sr. Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads
Location: Remote (Might have to work from Pune office once in a while)
Salary: Up to ₹100,000/month (Negotiable based on experience & expertise)
Experience: 4+ Years
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy on Meta & Google Ads. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Strategize, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
Build and manage TOF–MOF–BOF funnels that convert effectively.
Manage monthly ad spends of ₹10L–₹50L+ profitably.
Collaborate with creative teams to ideate ad concepts, hooks, and A/B tests.
Analyze performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV — and take data backed actions.
