Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including daily scheduling and calendar management.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements to ensure efficient itinerary planning and execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders for streamlined communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize procurement processes and cost-efficiency.
