Job Description

  • Role Objective

The Planning Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of residential housing projects executed directly by the Developer, ensuring on-time possession, statutory compliance, controlled cash flow, and disciplined execution across all towers and phases.


  • Key Responsibilities

1. Master Planning & Scheduling

  • Prepare and maintain the Master Project Schedule covering:
  • Design finalisation
  • Authority approvals
  • Construction (basement to finishing)
  • External development works
  • Testing, commissioning, and possession
  • Develop tower-wise and floor-wise execution schedules aligned with possession targets.
  • Define construction sequencing and cycle times for structure, finishing, and services.
  • Establish baseline programmes and control logic.
