Job Description
Role Objective
The Planning Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of residential housing projects executed directly by the Developer, ensuring on-time possession, statutory compliance, controlled cash flow, and disciplined execution across all towers and phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Master Planning & Scheduling
Prepare and maintain the Master Project Schedule covering:
Design finalisation
Authority approvals
Construction (basement to finishing)
External development works
Testing, commissioning, and possession
Develop tower-wise and floor-wise execution schedules aligned with possession targets.
Define construction sequencing and cycle times for structure, finishing, and services.
Establish baseline programmes and control logic.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress across all buildings.
