This role is responsible for developing multi-year strategic plans that optimize delivery speed for third-party sellers while expanding seller participation and network density. The successful candidate will leverage advanced data analytics, cross-functional stakeholder management, and end-to-end supply chain expertise to architect scalable solutions that balance seller experience, customer delivery expectations, and operational efficiency.
