Role Description
We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to manage and scale Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns for the Australian market. The role involves close collaboration with designers and SEO teams to plan, execute, and optimise high-performance paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads for Australia
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Work closely with designers on ad creatives and messaging
- Coordinate with SEO teams for keyword, landing page, and performance alignment
- Track performance, analyse data, and optimise for ROAS and CPL
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Experience running campaigns for international markets (Australia preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Good to Have:
- Experience with e Commerce or lead-generation campaigns
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Exposure to AI tools for ad optimisation and reporting
Region: Australian Market
