Role Description

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to manage and scale Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns for the Australian market . The role involves close collaboration with designers and SEO teams to plan, execute, and optimise high-performance paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads for Australia
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Work closely with designers on ad creatives and messaging
• Coordinate with SEO teams for keyword, landing page, and performance alignment
• Track performance, analyse data, and optimise for ROAS and CPL
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
• Experience running campaigns for international markets (Australia preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have:

• Experience with eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Exposure to AI tools for ad optimisation and reporting
