The Program Manager - RBS Org Excellence is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing RBS as the benchmark organization for business excellence and credibility at Amazon. This position drives comprehensive organizational transformation through systematic mechanisms and people experience improvement that amplify value, protect credibility, and foster innovation across Retail Business Services.
The role encompasses Org Excellence initiatives to eliminate RBS pain points, drive excellence through proactive defect identification, and implement early-warning safeguards.
