Sr Principal Electrical Engineer - Power Generation Engineer

Job Description Own the end-to-end power and energy architecture and strategy for hyperscale AI data centers, spanning utility interconnection, on-site generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), resiliency, and the long-term technology roadmap. Serve as the technical authority and executive advisor for multi-hundred-megawatt to gigawatt-scale power systems supporting AI infrastructure. Translate rapidly evolving compute requirements into executable, cost-optimized, and resilient power strategies while driving standardization, capital efficiency, and risk reduction across a global portfolio.
