Job Description
The Sr. Principal, HRIS will join an innovative People & Culture (HR) team focused on maximizing Blackbaud's Workday HCM investment and enabling strategic transformation across the global People & Culture function. This role serves as the organization's Workday technical authority, responsible for guiding HR and IT partners through strategic design decisions, complex configuration, and enterprise level change initiatives.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Sr. Principal will influence longterm HR technology strategy, ensure governance excellence, and deliver scalable Workday solutions that support organizational growth.
