Work Schedule: Onsite minimum 4 days/week (40 hours per week)

Product Lines Supported: Structural Heart, CRM, and Neuromodulation

The Sr. Process Engineer will provide technical leadership and sustaining engineering support in injection molding manufacturing operations for Medtronic’s Structural Heart, CRM, and Neuromodulation product lines. This role involves process development, optimization, and validation of injection molding systems to ensure high-quality production and regulatory compliance. The engineer will work closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to enhance efficiency, yield, and process robustness.

1. 
   

   Injection Molding Process Development – Proven experience in developing, optimizing, and validating injection molding processes.

   
   


2. 
   

   Scientific Molding Principles – Strong understanding and application of data-driven molding techniques to ensure process stability and repeatability.

   
   


3. 
   

   Knowledge of RJG Cavity Pressure Systems – Hands-on experience with RJG Co-Pilot system and setting up DC2 and DC3 processes (mandatory requirement).
