Supervise the procurement team where you will ensure all performance metrics are being met within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements. You will be responsible to manage, coach, and mentor individuals.

- Provides procurement operational leadership, expertise and best value solutions to the procurement buying organization. Drive transformation in Procure-to-Pay value stream to improve efficiency, quality and speed.
- Responsible to managed buyers’ execution and performance including P.O placement, P.O health management, material availability, and drive world class CTB%
Work with Sourcing and Planning to enable executable scheduling changes and deliver forecast to suppliers. Manage and own supplier lead time and drive consistent WALT (Weighted Average Lead Time) reduction. Drive consistent MOQ reduction.
