Job Description
As a Sr Procurement Project Spec here at Honeywell, you will manage procurement projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Drive strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement.You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua location on a Hybrid work schedule.
a. Attend tier meetings to review issues and escalate issues
b. Work with buyers to track escalations and material shortages
c. Develop CE and VE productivity (savings) projects
d. Negotiate prices and lead times
e. Develop VMI projects
f. Invoice resolution and expedited payments
g. Add/remove and modify suppliers
h. Update system parameters (MOQ, PIR, PPI, LT, etc.)
a. Bachelor's or Engineering degree, 2 years of experience in purchasing or materials planning
b. Purchasing, supply chain or production planning
c. Fluent English
