Execute and lead multiple complex projects concurrently, across more than one program or channel business. Utilize business and customer insights to create relevant products that tie to broader strategies and company goals, with an awareness of the impacts to other initiatives.Develop project work plans and cross-functional timelines, manage project information, and proactively assess and adjust for potential risks.Autonomously apply technical knowledge and project learnings to manage commercialization and manufacturing at scale for a large variety of beverage ingredients.
