- Provide leadership for the development and execution of new and innovative solutions for products produced in the Juarez campus. Directs the daily activities of product design, specification, development, prototyping, testing, and documentation. Responsible for providing technical support and training to Juarez operations in coordination with product development teams. Works directly with Juarez manufacturing operations teams and sourced suppliers on projects and initiatives to achieve ‘best in class’ manufacturing cost performance.
